Richard, Congratulations on your new position! After 4 years as the Manager of the North End Business Development Centre, Richard Halliday has taken on a new position as President and CEO of the Assiniboine Chamber of Commerce. He will lead the Assiniboine Chapter in fostering a healthy business and professional community in the regrion working toward economic growth, promoting entrepreneurship and competitive enterprise.
